  1. Payment. Payment will be via Paypal invoice. Clients may choose to do 100% upfront payment, or 50% upfront, 50% after the sketch is approved.


  2. Sketches. I'll send the sketch options after the first payment is confirmed. You may request specific changes during this phase. Once the sketch is settled, we move on to the next steps!


  3. Review. I'll need your patience in this step! This is when I'll be rendering and refining the artwork. There will be updates for you to send feedback, to make sure we're on the right direction!


  4. Delivery. The final artwork will be sent via email or Google drive. At this point, you can request two minor adjustments for free. You'll get both the full-res file and a lower-res, watermarked version for online posting.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

Copyright/Usage

• Commission prices listed are for personal use only. You are free to post the artwork on personal accounts with credit to the artist.

• For commercial usage, please state the type of licensing needed in your request so we can discuss details. Fees will vary on the licensing type the client wishes to acquire.

• Commissions strictly cannot be tokenized as NFT and/or used for Artificial Intelligence (AI) learning.

• Ownership of the copyright as well as the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes remains with the artist (unless client has acquired license or copyright has been bought out.)

• Unused sketch options sent during the sketch phase cannot be used by the client in any way or form. Posting the sketches on social media or using them as reference material is strictly prohibited.

Payment

• Payments are via Paypal invoice. The client may choose to pay 100% upfront or in two installments (50% upfront deposit, and 50% upon sketch approval.) Other payment installments can be discussed if the client wishes to pay according to a set schedule.

• Waitlist slots do not require a downpayment to book. In the case of waitlist slot cancellation, the client should inform the artist in the earliest time possible.  Failure of the client to notify regarding a cancellation will result to being blacklisted from requesting the artist’s services in the future.

• A refund may be requested if the commission hasn't been started yet. No refunds can be requested unless the artist has failed to provide updates within 6 months.

• Prices listed are base prices. Additional props, armor, complex poses/designs/backgrounds, etc. will cost additional starting at $20.

• Suggestive NSFW can be requested but will have a starting fee at 50%.

Timeframe

• The commission will generally take about 1 to 5 weeks after the sketch has been approved. If you need it at a specific date, please tell me beforehand. Rushed commissions will incur additional charges starting at 50% the commission's price.

• Sketch/es will be shown for revisions and approval. Major changes are only allowed before the rendering stage. You can request two MINOR changes free of charge after the piece is finished. Additional revisions will cost a minimum rate of $20, which depends on the complexity and time it will consume.

• If the client fails to reply within two weeks, the artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and move on with the queue.

Delivery

• The client will receive the full resolution digital file (non-watermarked and watermarked) via email or drive. No physical item will be delivered.

• The artist reserves the right to decline a commission request.

Headshot: $100+ USD

Bust: $140+ USD

Half body: $200+ USD

Full body: $275+ USD

These will have simple or no background. Additional charge for complex design/props.

Half body: $400+ USD

Full body: $525+ USD

Painted illustrations will be done in a semi-realistic style similar to "Painted Character"

Additional characters start at $100 per half body and $150 per full body. Pricing for creatures depend on complexity.

Pricing will vary depending on number of characters, character design and props, background elements.
